Efa Iwara is a talented Nigerian Nollywood Actor, Singer, Rapper, Model, Songwriter and hip hop Mc. Born August 20th 1990.
Efa Iwara State of origin is Ugep, a town in the southern state of Cross River Nigeria, born and brought up in Ibadan, to a professor father who worked as Linguistics at the famed University of Ibadan, and a librarian mother. He is currently 30 years old.
He had his primary education at University Staff School and proceeded to the International School, Ibadan (ISI) for his secondary education. Efa obtained a Bachelor’s Degree Certificate in Geography, at the University of Ibadan.
HIS MUSICAL CAREER
Efa Iwara began his musical career at a very tender age, after his interest in music was recognized at the age of nine years. While at the university, he wrought a group called X-Factor alongside with his three friends. However, the group end things after some time, and life became tough for him after the death of his beloved sister in 2007.
The loss incoherented him from the imaginative world and he nearly gave up his musical talent till his friend inspired him to take up the microphone again.
Efa went back to writing and recording with his previous group member, DJ Klem. Together, they recorded Kwenu.
Efa was then enrolled in the Peak Talent Show, where he was one of the final six at the Ibadan Zone, the only rapper to executive that performance.
Efa Iwara currently let go a 13 track album in 2020 titled “Without a Pulse”. He also let go an EP titled “Waka EP”, back in 2013 but has been quiet in the music scene until 2020.
